The Lloyd Larson Fund

The Lloyd Larson Leadership Fund has been established through the generosity of several gifts given in Lloyd’s memory. Those of you who knew Lloyd recognized not only his deep commitment to Christ and his church, but also his effective leadership demonstrated by his wonderful way of serving others and bringing out the best in them. Whether it was on the job as a leader/boss in the machine shop, serving as a local church leader at Park Avenue Covenant or serving as the volunteer grandpa at camp, Lloyd demonstrated a leadership commitment that helped change many lives. Lloyd and his leadership will be missed but his example and commitment won’t be forgotten. Thus, it is our desire to identify and encourage others to carry on where Lloyd left off.

Pastors are asked to submit nominations to Covenant Pines of those students that demonstrate leadership in their church, schools and community. The recipients will receive a full scholarship to senior high camp at Covenant Pines, a plaque and recognition by their local pastor at a Sunday Morning service.
